Our Vision

Re-establishing and preserving Indian culture, dharma, ideals and moral values has been the primary perspective of the college. The provision of classical studies has been made with this objective in mind. Accordingly, propagating the refined vyakarana rules ordained by erudite

scholars like Panini, Katyayan and Patanjali in the simplest forms, unfurling the inherent knowledge in the works of outstanding literati like Kalidas, Harsha, Bhas etc. and exploring scientific verities latent in the Vedas are the objectives of the institution.

The study of classics not only makes us refined but also makes us venerable towards Indian religion and culture. Besides, the study of Sanskrit Vyakaran , Jyotish Shastra and Sahitya Shastra have been undertaken as core subjects so that the students may be acquainted to the ancient literature and the working of stars, the process of calculations of the universe (kaal ganana). This would enable us not only to raise model teachers for the service of the nation but also to nurture conscientious citizens of tomorrow. In order to motivate students for research activities, research oriented seminars are organised from time to time.

Our Mission

Satyam Jyanam Anantam Braham (the pursuit of ultimate truth) is the mission statement of the college. The college is persistently marching ahead with this mission statement as its objective. Besides the following specific objectives have been set by the college:

With these objectives in mind for the all round development of the college students, decorous environment in the campus is provided to them. To ensure the presence and participation of students in the teaching- learning process, the college since its inception, is progressively moving forward with the following points of inflorescence:

Improvisation in subject teaching level.

Maximum utilization of library and reading room.

Encouraging physical fitness of students.

Developing infrastructure of the college.

Conducting regular programs associated with career counselling, cultural activities, anti-ragging, women’s cell, blood donation camps, IQAC cell etc. .

Personalised vigilance by the college administration over teachers’ and students’ activities.

Organising Sanskrit week and Sanskrit discourse month every year.

According to the points mentioned above, a minimum target has been fixed in every sector leading towards the spurring of sensitivity among the young minds towards the problems and their solutions so that they may become substantial pillars of long term development plans.

The college is affiliated to Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Rajasthan Sanskrit University, Jaipur. The guidelines issued by the University and UGC are strictly followed. The students are free to choose the optional subjects as per university rules.
